Happy Birthday, Emma Kate!

Emma took an interest in skateboarding at age 3, but her mom told her she would have to wait until she was 5 to learn. So here is a moment 2 years in the making:


She's really pretty good at it. She likes going over ramps, and she can crouch down and grab the board. It's amazing how she can be all about princesses and pink in one moment, and the next moment jamming to rock and roll and skateboarding with Aunt Amy. She is such a cool kid.
