Congratulations to Me! on my Fifth Year Blog Anniversary this month. I never thought I'd make it this far, when I started my little blog on a whim as a college freshman, oh so many years ago. There have been good times and bad, all influential and amazing, and all captured, in some sense, on this, my humble little blog.
First of all, I'd like to thank my sister, Lara, for teaching me about the internet and hooking me on blogging before it became the "hip new thing". Also, thanks to Blogger for finally offering something better than Diaryland. And to my mom for birthing me, and my dad for teaching me to be skeptical and suspicious of the government; and God for giving me typing fingers, and a non-vegetable brain. Couldn't have done it without you guys!

Amy, you are great. I miss you and your non-vegetable suspicious brain. I haven't had a quality discussion about world travesties since you left. I am also very sad that I didn't get to see you when you came in (did you not have my number?). Nevertheless, your next project sound amazing and I am very happy that you are enjoying Americorps.
