This is the first Thanksgiving I've had where I haven't been either at home with my family or cooking for volunteers in New Orleans. In lieu of sitting home bored watching bad cable, I decided to cook a full on Thanksgiving meal.

Yes, even a turkey. If you've ever lived with me you know I get kind of grossed out by raw meat, but I went full out this year!

I cooked an Emeril recipe: Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast. Came out great! The meat was really juicy - Not dry at all.

Anyway. Missing my family this year, but overall - a pretty good Thanksgiving!
